Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

By the end of this course, students will:

  1. be familiar with guided medication practices including; body scan meditation, sitting meditation with mindfulness of breath, body sensations, emotional energy and thought, mindful movement, gentle hatha yoga practiced with Mindful awareness of the body, and walking meditation.
  2. be aware of personal stress reactivity and resilience; and
  3. develop a plan for home practice.
