NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
CAMP KERRY SOCIETY
(the “Society”)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of members of the Society will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 403 East Columbia Street, New Westminster, British Columbia on June 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for the following purposes:
- to receive the financial statement of the Society for the financial year ended March 31, 2016;
- to appoint the auditors of the Society;
- to fix the size of the board and to elect directors;
- to table and pass special resolutions amending the constitution and replacing the bylaws of the Society;
- to receive the President’s Report; and
- to transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
