Minecraft Virtual Summer Camp for Grieving Kids
This one week virtual kids grief group will meet in a Minecraft world created specifically for this group. This is for kids ages 7 – 12. It’s a chance to connect with other kids who have experienced the loss of a loved one and have fun hanging out, creating and exploring in this popular game.

In Canada there is little to no government funding designated for bereavement care, yet it is well documented that unresolved grief can lead to an array of mental health concerns and undesirable outcomes including; anxiety, depression, substance abuse, lateral violence, and more.
For every loss, it is estimated that at least five people will be significantly impacted, yet very few have access to adequate long-term supports.
Every donation to LUMARA is used to help provide support to children, youth, adults, and families impacted by loss and to those living with a serious illness. As a result of people like you, lives are being transformed across Canada.
