What is Mindfulness Meditation
Grieving the death of a loved one or coping with the ups and downs of a serious illness is incredibly stressful.
Mindfulness practices have been shown to reduce elevated stress levels and offer meaningful benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
Come and experience for yourself what just one session of Mindfulness Meditation can do.

Incorporating music, silence, and guided meditation exercises, the facilitator will invite you into a mindful space that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.
At the end of each session, there is an optional time to chat for those who wish to stay, or you are welcome to log off once the meditation concludes.
Participants may register for a single session or attend on a weekly basis. Pre-registration is required, and details for joining the virtual sessions will be emailed to you.
