For many in our community, the holiday season can be especially tender. Lumara’s Annual December Pregnancy and Infant Loss Candle Lighting Gathering offers a gentle space to pause, speak your baby’s name, and be together with others who understand.
This 20–30 minute virtual gathering will include beautiful music, poems, candlelighting, and the reading of names. Lumara invites you to be our guests in honouring your babies.

Sharing Your Baby’s Name
As part of your RSVP, you are invited to include the name(s) of the baby or babies you are remembering so we can read them aloud during the gathering.
Please share your names in the following format (you are welcome to include other relatives’ names as you wish):
YOUR FIRST NAME(S) are remembering NAME OR NAMES OF YOUR BABIES,
or you can just write BABY if you prefer.
Examples:
- Lynne and Josiah are remembering David James
- Kathleen, Tom and Ada are remembering Adeline
- Diana and Catherine are remembering their Baby
