Synergy: A Compassionate Community Choir

When our hearts are heavy with grief and we feel depleted, discouraged, or overwhelmed, sharing music in community can be powerful medicine.

Compassionate Community Choir

Scientific research increasingly affirms what many of us already feel to be true: singing with others can lift our mood, increase our sense of belonging, ease stress, and offer meaningful support along the way.

Lumara’s Synergy Choir is a welcoming community of people who understand the ups and downs of grief and who believe that music can help us find our footing again.

The Synergy Choir is a compassionate space where people gather to connect through song, supported by the presence of others who understand the terrain of grief. Whether you’re looking to lift your spirits, find a sense of belonging, or simply be held by community, this group offers a steady place to land each week.
