Synergy Song Circle
When our hearts are heavy with grief and we feel depleted, discouraged or overwhelmed, sharing music in community is powerful medicine. Increasingly, scientific research is affirming that singing with others has many health benefits: lifting our mood, enhancing our sense of belonging, decreasing our stress levels, and much more … Lumara’s Synergy Song Circle is a welcoming group of people who understand the ups and downs of a grief journey, and who believe that music can make a difference along the way.

We warmly invite you to join our newly launched and re-imagined Synergy Song Circle. No musical experience is required to join—just a willingness to show up and let your voice move through the music in whatever way feels right.
Musical content will emerge from a collaboratively-built playlist and everyone can contribute in ways that feel comfortable for them ~ whether that is adding parts and harmonies, staying rooted on the melody or enhancing the group vocal sound with the addition of instruments.
Whether you’re looking to lift your spirits, find a sense of belonging, or simply share in the experience of making music in a supportive community, this group offers a welcoming and steady place to land each week without the pressure of a traditional choir structure.
