Douglas College Offers Mindfulness

We are pleased to announce that our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Classes will continue for another season at Douglas College campuses in New Westminster and Coquitlam, British Columbia.

These courses assist people with anxiety, stress, depression and pain. Many of our past participants, which include those living with serious illness and/or grief and loss, have given grand reviews.

Whether you’re new to the program or returning for a refresher, we offer two options to accomodate most: one eight session course and one full day retreat are available both in the spring and fall of 2019.
