NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of members of the Camp Kerry Society (the “Society”) will be held at the Evergreen Cultural Centre, 1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, British Columbia on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm for the following purposes:
- To approve the minutes from the 2017 AGM;
- To receive the President’s Report;
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 and auditors report;
- To appoint the auditors of the Society;
- To fix the size of the board and to elect the directors; and
- To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Voting members in good standing are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting. However, if you cannot attend then you may have a Proxy cast your vote at the meeting. Please download and complete the Proxy form below and give it to the person you have named as your Proxy who will be attending the meeting.
