Spring is a time for transformation and renewal. The beauty of nature is emerging all around us, but in our busy lives we don’t always take time to stop and smell the flowers. Give yourself the gift of self-care. This workshop will provide participants with a safe space in which to learn and experience Mindfulness practices including; periods of silence and meditation interspersed with mindful walking, gentle stretching, music-based relaxation, and reflective art processes.

*No prior experience in these modalities is required to register.

This retreat will be lead by Anne Walker, a credited Social Worker and experienced Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor, along with members of the Camp Kerry counselling team.
