You don’t need a lot of time to make a difference in your day – these sessions support stress and anxiety in times of change and loss. This half hour break can help you connect with breath and balance.
Relaxation and calm aren’t often words we associate with grief especially in times of Covid and other stresses. These weekly mindfulness sessions offer support to manage changing times. The format includes music and a guided meditation. There is an optional time to chat at the end for those who are interested, or you can log off right after the meditation.
Join us to nurture self-care and help create more space around difficult thoughts and feelings. With practice, we can connect with more peace for our body, mind, and heart – even in the midst of pain.
Participants can attend a single session or weekly. Pre-registration is required and information on how to access the virtual sessions will be emailed to you.
All Camp Kerry’s online group programs are being offered free of charge at this time. In lieu of a registration fee, we ask that participants consider making a donation to the Society in line with their own comfort level. (Suggested donation: $10 per session).
