Mindfulness Meditation Drop-in with Tama
Join us to nurture self-care and help create more space around difficult thoughts and feelings. With practice, we can connect with more peace for our body, mind, and heart – even in the midst of pain. These weekly mindfulness sessions offer support to manage changing times. The format includes music and guided meditation. There is an optional time to chat at the end for those who are interested, or you can log off right after the meditation.
Participants can attend a single session or weekly. Pre-registration is required and information on how to access the virtual sessions will be emailed to you.
